Pan Arctic Inuit Logistics (PAIL) stands as a collaborative effort where Nunatsiavut Group of Companies (NGC) holds a significant 16 percent ownership. This partnership involves Inuit Business Corporations representing the four Inuit Regions, alongside ATCO Frontec (Nasittuq Corporation). Nasittuq, a pivotal player, provides essential site support services, program management, and administrative support to the Canadian military stationed at CFS Alert on the northeastern tip of Ellesmere Island.

A core objective of PAIL is to actively promote the training and employment of Inuit individuals across various roles at the site. This strategic initiative aligns with the broader commitment to fostering economic opportunities and building a skilled and empowered Inuit workforce within the Arctic region. PAIL, under the stewardship of NGC, contributes to the advancement of Inuit inclusion and participation in critical operations and services in the challenging Arctic environment.
