J has 10 years of various civil construction experience holding various roles within the construction industry. He completed a civil engineering technology program at the College of the North Atlantic in St. John’s, NL. He is currently a resident of Happy Valley-Goose Bay with his family. In his role within NCI as construction manager, he oversees the day to day operations within the company.
